Biography

Melike is a highly accomplished legal professional with a broad and multifaceted practice spanning privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity, as well as fintech, blockchain, commercial contracts, and corporate law. Her expertise extends to cutting-edge technological domains, including artificial intelligence and robotics. In addition to her advisory and transactional work, she leads the firm's Dispute Resolution Division, overseeing complex legal conflicts with strategic precision.

Melike specialized in technology law, earning her LL.M. with distinction in Information Technology Law from the University of Edinburgh. Her master’s thesis, titled “AdTech and AI – Do Privacy Laws Meet the Challenge?”, reflects her deep engagement with the intersection of artificial intelligence and data privacy regulations. Prior to her postgraduate studies, she earned her law degree with honors from Marmara University, Faculty of Law. As part of her legal education, she undertook a study program at Siena University, Faculty of Law in Italy, gaining international legal insight.
