Aybike Arat

Biography

Aybike Arat earned her law degree from Maltepe University Faculty of Law and expanded her legal education internationally through a semester of study at Passau University in Germany. This experience provided her with a broader perspective on comparative legal systems and the intersection of European and Turkish law.

Her practice has primarily focused on IT law and corporate law, where she has advised clients on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues. In addition to her core areas, Aybike also has experience in employment law and competition law, enabling her to deliver well-rounded legal support across different facets of business operations.

Aybike provides strategic legal consultancy to startups and emerging companies in various sectors, guiding them through the legal aspects of their operational processes—from corporate structuring and contract management to compliance and regulatory risk assessment.
