Deniz Durna

Biography

Deniz Durna completed his secondary school education at Cağaoğlu Anatolian High School and his high school education at Koç Özel Lisesi (KÖL).Deniz Durna earned her law degree from İstanbul University Faculty of Law and expanded her legal education  through LLM degree on IT&IP Law at İstanbul Bilgi University. 

His practice has primarily focused on Real Estate Law, Administrative Law, Land Disputes and Real Estate Investments, Sustainability Practices, Expropriations  and Corporate law, where he has advised clients on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues nationally and internationally. He has many years of experience and expertise especially in all fields of real estate law and real estate  investments, and he also advises many organized industrial zones (OSB) and municipalities in many regions of Turkey on legal matters and real estate.

 In addition to her core areas, Deniz also has experience in IT law, Employment law and Construction law, enabling her to deliver well-rounded legal support across different facets of business operations. He is also a licenced trademark and patent attorney

Deniz provides strategic legal consultancy to  companies in various sectors, guiding them through the legal aspects of their operational processes—from corporate structuring and contract management to compliance and regulatory risk assessment.
