Dr. Eser Rüzgar, LL.M.

Biography

Dr. Eser Rüzgar graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2009, following his studies at Bursa Anatolian High School. He obtained his master's degree in Private Law from Galatasaray University Social Sciences Institute in 2013, presenting his thesis titled "Trademark Infringement through Internet Advertising and Liability Regime." Dr. Rüzgar pursued his doctoral studies in Private Law at Istanbul University Social Sciences Institute, earning his Ph.D. in 2024 with his dissertation entitled "Audit of Financial Statements and Reports in Joint-Stock Companies Law."

Dr. Rüzgar has authored two published books and numerous articles appearing in peer-reviewed academic journals and scholarly collections. With nearly 15 years of experience in legal practice, he also completed the program "International Construction Contracts and Dispute Resolution – The Example of the FIDIC Conditions of Contracts" at Istanbul Bilgi University. Currently, Dr. Rüzgar continues his professional work as an expert witness and mediator.
