Biography

Widely respected for his professional excellence, Yücel brings specialized insights in artificial intelligence, cyber security, fintech, cryptocurrencies, telecommunications, electronic money, and online payments, supporting clients effectively as they navigate today's complex digital landscape. He earned his law degree with honors from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law. He also holds two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees—one in Business Law from Istanbul Bilgi University and another in American Law from Boston University.

Yücel is an active member of several prestigious professional organizations, including the American Bar Association (ABA), the Boston Bar Association (BBA), the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and the International Technology Law Association (ITECHLAW).

In addition to his legal practice, Yücel maintains a strong academic presence, with several years of experience lecturing on topics such as technology law, data privacy, and electronic commerce.
